ODL Group Ltd was formed in April 2003 following a management buyout of the General Insurance division of the O’Donoghue Lindsay Group. A well-established New Zealand owned brokerage, we have been in business since 1974 and transact business throughout New Zealand. As part of our ongoing development of the business, we have opened an office in Auckland in recognition of our growth in this market.

As one of the largest independent broking houses in New Zealand we transact business with all major insurance companies, as well as specialist niche insurers and overseas markets.

Our Brokers have combined industry experience in excess of 150 years and are more than ably assisted by some of the best Account Executives in the insurance industry.

Whilst ODL Group Ltd specialises in Fire & General Insurance, within the Group we do have access to other lines including Medical, Life & Disability, Mortgage and Investments.

What has helped to make us "different from the rest" is our in-house claims service. We employ our own people to deal with our claims; after all, that's what this business is all about. Rather than rely on the insurance company to "get around to it", our team is there to ensure your claim is handled as quickly and as fairly as possible.
