Wayne has over 35 years experience in Fire & General Insurance. Wayne is the Regional Manager for Brokerweb Risk Services /ODL Group and specialises in commercial and Corporate Insurance.

Wayne’s ‘out of work’ interests included all types of sport with a particular interest in rugby. He is also known to enjoy the odd bottle of quality red wine.

Suzanne Peard

Suzanne brings over 15 years experience to the company, specialising in commercial insurance especially in the Retail sector.  Suzanne is also a Director of ODL Group. 

Suzanne utilises her spare time working on lowering her golf handicap, increasing her collection of shoes and spending quality time with family and friends.

Suzanne is assisted by Rachael.

Steve Wing

Steve commenced work in the insurance industry in 1986 straight from school.  Steve takes responsibility for developing new commercial accounts and is also a Director of ODL Group.

Steve’s interests include rugby, golf, camping, travelling and a young family which dictates how much time he gets to do any of these activities.

Steve is assisted by Sue.

Regan Findlater

Regan’s Insurance career spans more than 18 years and encompasses a variety of Underwriting, Risk Management and Broking roles in New Zealand and the UK. Regan specialises in all types of Commercial, Industrial and Manufacturing Insurance. In 2009 Regan was fianalist for the Young Broker of the Year, General Insurance Industry Awards.

Outside of work, Regan and his partner Rachael are kept very busy with their young family.

Jason Graham

Jason has joined the team bringing his knowledge of the rural insurance sector to the ODL Group.

After hours, Jason likes to spend quality time with his wife Gillian and 7 year old son Finn, aswell as friends and family. Jason is a huge rugby fan, and although his playing days are over he does coach at a junior level for the Shirley Rugby Club, and enjoys following cricket in the Summer.

Tracy Eddy

Tracy recently became a Broker after several years as an assistant in our team. She is developing and managing a portfolio of predominately small to medium business enterprises.

As a accomplished juggler, Tracy manages to enjoy reading, dressmaking and the occasional walk in the park with her husband as well as balancing a toddler, teenagers, work and study commitments.

John Steere
ANZIIF (Senior Associate)

John joined us after 38 years as a Commercial Underwriter with NZI.  John specialises in commercial claims oversees the efficient running of our claims unit. 

John is married to Lynda and has 2 adult children.  Outside of work, John’s interests include gardening, reading, travel and sport especially rugby (having followed the all Blacks to France to compete in the 2007 World Cup).

John is assisted by Rhonda, Sally and Megan.
