Wayne Gardner

Wayne has over 35 years experience in Fire & General Insurance. Wayne is the Managing Director for ODL Group and specialises in commercial and Corporate Insurance.

Wayne’s ‘out of work’ interests included all types of sport with a particular interest in rugby. He is also known to enjoy the odd bottle of quality red wine.

Wayne is assisted by Kerrie.

Lindsay Pattison

As a Fire & General Broker, Lindsay has more than 41 years industry experience.  Lindsay specialises in the accommodation and hospitality industries on a nationwide basis and is a director of ODL Group.

After hours, Lindsay works on maintaining a low golf handicap and a large garden.  He is also interested in the arts, is a keen walker and likes to kayak in Sumner Bay.

Suzanne Peard

Suzanne brings over 15 years experience to the company, specialising in commercial insurance especially in the Retail sector.  Suzanne is also a Director of ODL Group. 

Suzanne utilises her spare time working on lowering her golf handicap, increasing her collection of shoes and spending quality time with family and friends.

Suzanne is assisted by Rhonda.

Steve Wing

Steve commenced work in the insurance industry in 1986 straight from school.  Steve takes responsibility for developing new commercial accounts and is also a Director of ODL Group.

Steve’s interests include rugby, golf, camping, travelling and a young family which dictates how much time he gets to do any of these activities.

Steve is assisted by Sue.

Regan Findlater

Regan’s Insurance career spans more than 18 years and encompasses a variety of Underwriting, Risk Management and Broking roles in New Zealand and the UK. Regan specialises in all types of Commercial, Industrial and Manufacturing Insurance. In 2009 Regan was fianalist for the Young Broker of the Year, General Insurance Industry Awards.

Outside of work, Regan and his partner Rachael are kept very busy with their young family.

Mark Gregan

Mark has more than 26 years insurance industry experience which includes 20 years insurance broking.  Mark specialises in retirement villages, motels, property owners and contractors.   Mark’s involvement with the insurance industry includes being the past Chairman of the Auckland Young Brokers Group in conjunction with the Corporation of Insurance Brokers NZ (CIBNZ and an Education Committee member of the CIBNZ.  In 1998 Mark received industry recognition for his efforts by being awarded the Young Broker of the Year.  Mark is the Manager of the Auckland office.

Mark’s interests include squash, golf, coaching rugby, snow skiing and spending time with family on their lifestyle property in Drury, Auckland.

Mark is assisted by Bernadette.

John Steere

John joined us after 38 years as a Commercial Underwriter with NZI.  John specialises in commercial claims oversees the efficient running of our claims unit. 

John is married to Lynda and has 2 adult children.  Outside of work, John’s interests include gardening, reading, travel and sport especially rugby (having followed the all Blacks to France to compete in the 2007 World Cup).
