EARTHQUAKE UPDATE

As with everyone in Christchurch, we also have been badly affected win the most recent Earthquake events, not only in terms of our office but also our staff.
Our office is closed until further notice (hopefully will re-open Monday 28th February).
In the interim our phones have been diverted to our associate office in Palmerston North ‘Barstow Insurance Brokers’, who are also a Brokerweb Risk Services company.
They have access to our computer records. Please phone 05082467873.
Commercial Claims
1. If you have had a previous Earthquake claim and have been dealing with an assessor, please contact them in the firs instance.
2. If this is a new claims OR you are unable to contact your assessor please then call your insurance company. Your Insurer details can be found on your insurance manual or cover summary that we send to you each year.

Domestic Claims
The Government via EQC covers up to the first $100,000,000 on dwellings and $20,000 on contents. All claims must first be lodged withy EQC on 0800326243 or www.eqc.govt.nz
Motorvehicle Claims
Please refer to our website to download a claim form or contact your insurer direct.
Whilst we will endeavour to assist in anyway we can we do have very limited resources available at this time and we ask for your understanding.
